It started in 1999 with Countrywide Home Loans in Rosemead Ca where I was given "The opportunity" to start a position in the mailroom and 4 years later I had transitioned from mail boy to loan officer, I went from processing loans to originating them and in 2004 I made presidents council top #67 agent and Rookie of the year. I would make top #100 agents list every year after that.
In late 2006 I decided to explore new ventures and I went to work for a broker. I got licensed by the Department of Real Estate and I practiced real estate and loans. In 2008 after the crisis I went to work for Uptown Realtors in Whittier where I practiced Real Estate and learned a lot. I kept working my past satisfied database and referrals but wanted to take my business to another level and it's when I decided to join one of the most powerful real estate firms "Century 21 Realty Masters" in March of 2015. Here is where I bloomed with the help of great mentors and colleagues. By the end of the year in only 9 months I had earned the Centurion Award. I have been recognized by the Downey Association of Realtors every quarter since 2015.
In September of 2016 I wanted partnership and Independent growth, I had become the owner of a Excellence office in Downey. In 2016 I was Top 3 agent and in 2017 I made the Top 2 agent in the Excellence Organization, I have a proven system that works whether I am helping you buy or sell. Throughout the years I have become a better and more knowledgeable agent. Every day I work in becoming a better person, friend, mentor and father. While managing a pipeline I am also training others to become successful. I am building an elite Group.
